Splendid Consulting is a digital workplace consulting company. We work with people to help them communicate and collaborate more effectively with their employees and customers.  

We provide strategy, guidance and services to customers who are implementing or growing collaboration and communications platforms, including employee and customer communities, intranets, and other digital workplace tools.

Splendid is owned and managed by Claire Fletcher and works in partnership with a skilled network of consultants.

About Claire Fletcher

Claire has worked in the information and knowledge management industry for over 20 years. She began her career as a librarian, before moving into knowledge management and collaboration consulting roles.

Claire is passionate about using technology to connect people and help them work better together.
